Cathleen Jeanty is a strategist, researcher, and storyteller working to reimagine how power moves across borders, institutions, and communities. She is currently pursuing her Master of International Affairs at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, the world’s leading graduate school for global policy, with a focus on foreign policy, multilateral strategy, and the politics of equity.
With experience spanning the United Nations, U.S. government, grassroots campaigns, and multilateral institutions, Cathleen has built a career at the intersection of systems and stories. She has contributed to initiatives at the White House, UNHCR, and UN Missions; authored research for the Haiti Policy House; and advised on climate and development policy presented at COP28. Her writing has been published in Devex, The Atlantic Forum, and Transatlantic Policy Quarterly.
At her core, Cathleen is driven by a belief that strategy is most powerful when grounded in community: and that policy must be personal if it’s going to last.
